Link two user in specific and special data

I have issue

My app is like this: i have two different user, one is seller and other is supplier

Seller will have orders, and seller has his own suppliers

So what I want is that, how can seller give access to his orders to supplier only for one supplier who is seller give supplier permission.

Here more explanation: seller will have unique SKU and this SKU will be given to supplier who seller give to the supplier to choose same as SKU

So, in repeating group for Supplier only will be showing the orders who SKU match seller SKU

In this case each supplier will have different SKU than other supplier

The problem now is about privacy: I just can select: this order creator is current user, it means only seller can view orders and other suppliers can’t see it. If I choose another privacy role the orders will be showing in public

Please i need help
