It has to be either on the map or in a repeating group of which the seller will choose the locations . Any idea which api will work and how
You can delimit by distance radius on the map or you can configure a list of neighborhood for seller. You can also delimit area with a group of coordinates (latitude, longitude).
How can i set up a repeating group showing the neighborhoods that are within the specified distance?
The best way do that is using the map, not a repeating group. When you get the user locations you can define the seller that delivery there. With repeating group you have to have to set at the database manually.
