Locked Out of My App by Ghosted Marketplace Dev

Hi Bubble Team,

I’m a founder working on an NDIS advocacy app using Bubble. I engaged a Marketplace developer who agreed to take on the job, then sent me in circles (i did miss one middle of the night meeting) then ghosted me. Since then:

  • I cannot remove him from the project
  • I cannot delete or reassign the job
  • I’m unable to hire someone else or regain control

This is time-sensitive and affecting delivery of a critical support tool for people with disabilities.

Please assist with:

  • Removing the developer from my app and/or project listing
  • Reassigning project ownership or restoring full access to my account
  • Unlocking my ability to proceed with hiring a different builder

did you transfer your app to him for the purpose of development?

Did you transfer the whole app for him ? so now how do you have access to the app, did he give you a contributor role ? I don’t get it.
However, I would suggest that you contact Bubble support team directly and see what they can do

Presumably the issue is that the developer is the admin and OP is only a collaborator. @founder5 your best option is contacting support @ Bubble Support Center
