Login issue - User is unable to login with the same username and password that works in another device

Hello everyone,

I am not sure if this is a genuine bug or not. But about 5-10% of our users face a super strange issue. Here’s a video showcasing what’s happening:

The user is entering the right username and password as evidenced by the fact that when I try to login using the same details it works on my computer.

We are totally unable to diagnose the issue as we cannot recreate it. And as we work with students from varied income diaspora, often with 1 phone in a household - this is a pretty big concern for us.

Has anyone seen this issue before?
