Is there a way to have people login with their cell phone number("That has been verified) and their password instead of their email?
You need an email to log in Bubble. Each time a new user enter his phone number, then create an email 4075551212@yourdomain.com for it and log with it.

You can but it requires an email when they sign up. Take a look at this:

Password: 1234
