I keep getting an error indicating my search period is too great and I get no results shown and the logs timeout @fede.bubble could you assist with getting Bubble to fix this issue?
This is an ongoing issue that seems to have become worse as of recent. Timeout error shows up just around 45-60 seconds after pressing search, so the timeout doesn’t take long to popup, but we should be able to search for a start/end range that is equivalent to the app retention window, so if the plan allows for 365 days of retention, the logs should allow, without timeout, a start/end range of 365 days.
In this particular app it is a 14 day retention window, but the 42 Hour start/end range seems to be too long for the system to handle, even with the unique ID of the data entry in the contains input. Logs have always been difficult to use, but we should still at the least, be able to search and see them.
