I’m Debbie, founder of Cove – an intelligent business board designed to help small businesses overcome common pitfalls, make smarter decisions, and succeed. Cove is live, with a working MVP, beta testers on board, and partnerships in development. Right now, I’m looking for a passionate technical co-founder to help take it to the next level.

- Driven by validated pain points: The idea for Cove came about through my on-the-ground experience with multiple microentrepreneurs while working in 37+ countries over the past 20 years. I initially built and delivered a series of workshops to test my hypothesis, and these guided the development of the product.
- A Proven Start: Cove is already live, and feedback from beta testers is helping us fine-tune the UX.
- Early Traction: Partnerships are forming with key players in entrepreneurship programs and business services.
- A Real Need: Cove addresses the all-too-common challenge of small businesses plateauing or failing in their early years by simplifying the way they plan, grow, and adapt.
- Equity and Growth: You’ll join as a co-founder with equity in the business, a salary (once investment is secured, starting small but increasing with investment/revenue), and the opportunity to build something that genuinely helps people.
What I’m Looking For:
- Bubble Proficiency: You have extensive experience building and scaling platforms on Bubble.
- Visionary Thinking: You can collaborate on the technical roadmap and see opportunities where others see challenges.
- Full-Time Commitment (Post-Investment): Initially flexible, but ready to dive in full-time if our pitch is successful.
- Europe-Based: Ideally in the Netherlands, UK, Belgium, France, or Germany as we’ll need to work in person together from time to time.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A love for building, experimenting, and problem-solving in the startup world.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Cove’s technical development, from enhancing the current MVP to shaping future iterations.
- Collaborate on UX improvements and feature development informed by beta user feedback.
- Be a driving force in scaling the platform and making it indispensable for small businesses.
