Looking for clarrification about database management and user interaction with it

Hello to all,

I m developing an app as to help farmers dealing with their stocks. I have the following questions about how the database interact with the live app and different users.

When the app is live, users will enter their own stocks. I tried to “run as” with different users, and modifying the stock values is changing the main live database of the app…

It doesn’t help creating a specific/independant database for each user.

Am I missing something?

Is there a clear tutoriel on this topic?

Well maybe, how do you see that?

I developed the whole app, and now i’m trying to figure out how to deploy it for testing with a few users.

This is kind of a black screen for me at this stage.
