I’m looking for a group of consultants to help greatly expand on an app that’s already been built.

I built and continue to maintain (and add features to) an app on Bubble for a large non-profit. It was 2024 and is now a daily-use application for the non-profit. The app won an innovation award in 2025, and then was subsequently used as the basis for a grant proposal to expand the application beyond this single non-profit to all non-profits in the state. Last week we found out we won the grant and now need to start planning. There is a LOT to consider here as we expand beyond a single organization, and we are looking for a partner to help with architecting and building out the app.

My relevant work includes Wine Bank, a curated multi-seller marketplace (seller onboarding, OAuth and split payments, role-based privacy rules) and Emendu, a live Stripe subscription app. I’m comfortable with multi-tenant data separation, roles and permissions, and safe changes to live apps. Congratulations on the grant. Moving from one nonprofit to every nonprofit in the state is mainly a multi-tenant redesign. That means an Organization data type on every record, privacy rules keyed to the user’s org, per-org roles and admins, a self-serve onboarding flow, and a safe migration for the current nonprofit’s live data. Getting that foundation right first makes the rest of the expansion much cheaper.
