Looking for Freelancer to build quiz type app

Looking to hire someone to create for me the following.

I have an idea for a simple website that can be used to search and match for a test tool based on user input criteria.

I tried to create something using a WordPress quiz plugin but this approach would be very limited and hard to maintain and update data.

Is this double using Bubble?
