I’m looking for a freelancer to launch an app in one month. Time is quite critical.

The UI should be fairly easy. This is polling /social network app.
The app is a game where users answer questions about their friends.
The login should be by text message.
User should connect his/her friends via Whatsapp or Facebook or Contacts.
I have the major user workflows and the database of questions.
There are mainly 3 majors workflows: onboarding (= signup user + qualification), creation/administration of community rooms (=predefined set of players); playing (= answering questions)
I am looking for a partner:
- that knows how to use Bubble (design/development)
- that can launch MVP in 1 month (before Christmas)
- that knows how to install plugin and APIs
