Mailchimp subscriber pop-up

Hi All -

Is there way to enable mailchimp subscriber pop-up email form on my home page? I tried to enable it by adding generated code to html element on my home page. When the page is loaded, pop-up does not display.

You have to copy mailchimp generated code into settings script in the body in SEO/metatags
