I understand its copy and paste and then copy and pasting the workflows over and linking stuff

It could get much more elaborate than that … as you also want to consider that the database powers many of those workflows. So … do not forget to replicate the database as well.
Indeed, I did it and had to stop because of more than 100 errors after each copy / paste (db fields, workflows, conditions, styles,…) and it’s a nightmare to solve them one by one, it takes more time than starting from scratch and get inspired by other templates without retrieving any piece of these templates in your apps.
Moreover, it sometimes quite hard to understand what and how the template perform in terms of Workflows and logic. So imagine with 2 or 3 templates to merge : good luck…
Choose your starting point, the most advanced or the most complex template. Then study the others and rebuild them from scratch within your app. That’s what I strongly recommand if you don’t want to spend your time to TRY to integrate several heterogenous piece of No-code. We’re using the same tool, but we have différents brains and wah to do, same thing for the templates

Agree totally.
Unless you have a clear plan to integrate templates, it is a very elaborate task to take on. Even using one template and build further functionality from it … is very elaborate.
