Every new page seems like it has to be a ‘Do search for…’ (and if not pls tell me)but what if the user has the unique ID of the data type you are ‘searching‘ for?
In my MVP I am building, I create 2 things upon user creation, and will reference them several times through out the process, but as a self induced ‘best practice’, I go ahead and save these ids back to the user at the same time of creation.
So now while I have the exact ids of the thing data types I want to search for, I still have to add all that tech burden to do a search? I have them and no need to search and add the tech burden, just cannot get them into the expression…
Please add a new option for expressions to get the id of a data type (thing) from a defined data type, ie: “Get id from…” > select data type user, “…for data type” > select the apps other data types.
If this is already possible please let me know…
Thanks
James
