Missing data from old Bubble app

I built an app on Bubble about 4 years ago and it was working great, even shared it here: Basic directory of urban planning organizations in LA

Admittedly, I haven’t paid much attention to it, and it looks like pricing and plans have changed a bunch since then, but I returned to the app after a long time away and noticed it’s missing a bunch of data.

I had at least 70+ organizations in the app before, and now it’s only showing 14… is this a limitation of the new free tier? Or is it only showing 14 because its not deployed now? Is there any way to recover the old data?

I don’t need the site live, i just need to recover the data from it…

  1. Check you’re in the right DB version (test/live)
  2. Free plan has a limit of the number of things in the DB - I don’t know what happens when you exceed it but I assume eventually it gets removed
