Not sure whether I’ve done something wrong? or this is a new Bubble policy? I am still trying to learn and practice Bubble using a free account and suddently all my data disappeared and Bubble keep asking me to upgrade my plan (I have not even gone live). If this is a new Bubble policy then I would be too scare to use Bubble because I will be at their mercy once I created my app on Bubble.
Hello! I have also seen Bubble trying to get you to update on some of my projects, It seems to be a marketing tool. With your Data disappearing not really sure on that, I’m not seen or heard of that happening. You can always contact Bubble via their Support email unless anyone else is able to help you with the data loss.

Might be that you have a search parameter in the search input while viewing the App data.
Could be that you have reached the maximum of 200 entries for a free plan.
Can’t go live with a free plan anyway, so would need to upgrade to paid to go live
Not that new, maybe 3-4 months now. There was an update posted to the forum about it.
