2 - On 2 different apps that had 0 errors yesterday, I’ve opened them up today, and I’ve got 181 errors. All of which related to API calls, which haven’t been modified or re-initialized since yesterday, but today, the error checker is essentially saying that the API call doesn’t exist even though I’m staring right at it.
Support has acknowledged that there’s a problem with the logs but I’m finding this so frustrating, not knowing when the platform has actual issues, especially after all of the updates a few weeks ago about new status pages and more proactive notifications.
* update - tried the good old, clear cache, reload everything, reduced the errors to 0. sigh. Logs issue remains - no server-side activity is displaying.
I’m also having trouble; debug mode isn’t showing up in either the test or live versions.
Even though I’m the only one editing the bubble right now, when I click on any link in my app, the message “We just updated this page. Please refresh the page to get the latest version” appears. You won’t be able to use the app until you refresh, and nothing works.
I’ve been seeing this situation recurringly. Occasionally I’ll get a bunch of issues that came out of nowhere, I’m scrupulous in my development so when I check those errors I know / remember that issue didn’t appear when I developed that, all API’s were there, etc.
And no one else made changes on that branch. Usually, I just refresh or click on all of the issues, not edit, just click. I find that solves it.
Occasionally I’ll give the editor an actual issue, and it won’t pick it up. This makes the issue notifications not reliable at all - I can’t trust it. This doesn’t happen all the time, but some of the time.
Overall, I just can’t trust the issues notification. @fede.bubble is this getting fixed?
