Same have had issues with my app freezing for users which has never happened before. Getting cloudflare errors when trying to load page for first time.
Yeah…all my dedicated apps are down on the editor side. Kind of rough because I kicked off a new customer today. That’s usually watch the database like crazy. Guess today will just be a fingers crossed type of day.
Any updates on the solution? I was able to update my dedicated instance and edit, but I’m getting regular crashes when having the editor in multiple tabs.
if you submitted a support ticket they’ll follow up. Internally the team took a look and they couldn’t pinpoint any health issues in our systems to these reports. So if you can submit a ticket with reproduction steps, that’s the better way now to try to get to the bottom of this
