Buggy Behavior Today - Why status page not showing issues?

I’ve had to run a test my speed for internet connection 5 times today.

List of issues:

  1. Logs not retrieving logs for same period previously searched - needed to refresh page
  2. Apps loading slowly from account - takes 3-5 minutes on ocassion
  3. App pages in preview not loading or taking multiple minutes (not an optimization issue, a bug issue)
  4. Not retrieving entries in editor when performing a bulk operation, had a list of 85 items and got error message - needed to refresh the browser

Very buggy day, causing significant delays in delvelopment.

I’ve seen Workflow error - Sorry we hit a temporary bug! in backend workflows that have previously been working fine. Of course, no more detailed logs in BEWFs…

Same here! Just filed a bug report to support and as usual, I got the autogenerated-like response asking how they could replicate it :man_facepalming:

I’ve also noticed errors in the error checker for conditions that seem to be working fine.

Same have had issues with my app freezing for users which has never happened before. Getting cloudflare errors when trying to load page for first time.

My expression editor is behaving badly - when I copy it, it shows a completely different expression, and when I try to change it, it won’t let me :thinking:

I see this happened overnight for me. Is it still ongoing?

Edit: I’m asking because the team has identified issues with some dedicated customers, but unclear if that’s related to the reports in this thread

Yeah i wasnt able to access different branches/push to live, updated my dedicated to the latest version and now I am locked out.

Yeah…all my dedicated apps are down on the editor side. Kind of rough because I kicked off a new customer today. That’s usually watch the database like crazy. Guess today will just be a fingers crossed type of day.

I just did.

It looks like I refreshing the page didn’t work. I had to open the original link from the email and I can see the branches now again.

Any updates on the solution? I was able to update my dedicated instance and edit, but I’m getting regular crashes when having the editor in multiple tabs.

if you submitted a support ticket they’ll follow up. Internally the team took a look and they couldn’t pinpoint any health issues in our systems to these reports. So if you can submit a ticket with reproduction steps, that’s the better way now to try to get to the bottom of this

It’s a little hard to replicate because it is inconsistent and just crashes, but I’ll try to replicate it consistently.

It was fixed a few hours ago for me but the bug resurfaced again. My editor won’t load and if it does, it keeps on timing out
