Multi dropdown not showing default value

i recognize a strange behavior with default values in multi dropdown inputs. See sceenshots:

Thanks for replying. The PRs are not the problem. Users can view all fields when they´re logged in… Also the multi dropdown shows sometimes more sometimes less items…

The default item is set be the current user of field. So different users have different options/values for this field. I think that why is shows sometime larger and some time minimal value.

Kindly please ensure the same user of login have the default value getting differe?
