Multiple entries showing in the same row

Hello.
I have a problem.

I want to display multiple data fields (I’m not sure if this is the right term) separately - every new entry needs to be in a new row. This is what happens when I try to do this:

Are you using a Repeating Group?

I mean exactly: Are you using a Repeating group.
Repeating group is a type of element that you need to use to display a list.
