Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Bubble.io developer to bring our MVP to life. This app will serve as a strategic planning and meeting execution platform for leadership and executive teams—initially used internally by our advisory firm (Axiom Strategic) and eventually offered to non-client teams as a commercial product.
We’ve prepared a detailed MVP scope and a request for proposal (RFP) outlining workflows, user roles, core features, data relationships, and roadmap items.
What We’re Building:
An internal/external team management platform that includes:
To-dos, 90-day priorities, and milestone (“domino”) progress tracking
Advisor dashboards with team KPIs
Global search, role-based permissions, and custom agenda blocks
Tech Platform Preference: Bubble.io
We’ve evaluated no-code tools extensively and prefer Bubble due to its flexibility, community support, and handoff potential. Our goal is to build a robust MVP quickly, with the option to scale or rebuild later if necessary.
MVP Must-Haves:
Role-based login and permissions (Admin, Advisor, Team Admin, Team Member)
Custom agenda blocks per team (e.g., “Sales Check-in”, “Prayer Time”)
Meeting recap email delivery
Relational logic for discussions → to-dos → issues → meetings
Dashboards: Personal, Team, Advisor, Axiom Admin
Global search (issues, meetings, priorities, users)
Mobile-responsive design
No custom plugins required (unless recommended for performance)
What We Provide:
Detailed MVP scope document (~6 pages)
Clear RFP summary for onboarding
Fully defined roles, workflows, feature sets, and roadmap priorities
Quick, informed decision-making—we’ve done the planning
Ideal Partner:
Proven Bubble experience (especially with dashboards, workflows, permissions)

Able to communicate clearly and propose alternate solutions if needed
