My experience using BubbleGo

Hi forums,

I want to share my experience using BubbleGo to test a mobile app.

Device: Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4

  1. Downloaded BubbleGo from the Google Play Store
  2. Opened the app and brought to the home screen (after taking a good 45 seconds to get there). Clicking the login button brings me to a new browser session
  3. Switched to my password manager, copied a password, came back and pasted my password in my browser
  4. Was prompted to enter Google Authenticator 6 digit code
  5. Switched to my authenticator app, copied a code, attempted to come back to BubbleGo
  6. BubbleGo has completely reset, brought back to initial welcome screen. Not signed in, cannot enter authenticator code.
  7. Attempting to login again leads to the same issue. Cannot enter the authentication code. Cannot sign in.

Note: I’ve made sure that my app cannot sleep in my power settings, it’s unlikely this is a device specific issue.

I can’t even login! :frowning:

Yeah unfortunately this is a known issue - we are looking into it to make sure the in app web browser does not close when you exit out of the app to open up your authenticator app

Thanks for the response. I tried to solve this problem by putting BubbleGo in split screen mode, or using Samsung’s ‘Floating App’ function (like when you have google maps visible on the bottom corner of your screen) as well. When I enter either of these modes, BubbleGo just shows a blue screen. I think it’s failing to detect the window resize.
