It shouldn’t be something you charge extra to offer, but the fact of the labour market is that if you’re good at stuff like that, and clients want to work with you, you charge a higher rate.
Professionalism (and related skills like commercial awareness) is scarce, and valuable, so carries a premium.
If you’re technically talented, and extremely unprofessional, you’ll only be able to charge a much lower rate, because clients do not want to work with you. The same applies if you’re not technically talented but very professional. You need both.
Evidently, @Dog-Tag’s experience has proven me right about that…

To date, I have been unsuccessful finding someone to help me. I recently had a meeting with one developer who originally expressed interest in my project but in the end turned it down because s/he felt it was full of approaches he felt were held together by band aides and other things not adhering to best practices of the Bubble community.
