Namecheap DNS Issue

Hi,

I’ve been having difficulty trying to setup the DNS settings for a static website I made through Bubble. I am able to access my website through www.prontoapp.io, however, mobile phones and other people using different laptops are not able to do so. What steps should I take to amend this? Am I doing anything wrong?

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

If I’m not mistaken, you should delete cName and the URL Redirect Record. Also, you should wait a few minutes or hours for the DNS records to propagate.
