How can i enable the navigation with arrow keys by the elements on the page?

i tried using scroll to an element and the set focus to an input, but i want to set focus to element. For navigate in a repeating group with arrow keys on keyboard.
In figma we can do this through files in the main page, in excel too, in google docs too…
