Hello, I need a client portal created that allows clients to register/login and upload files, images, sign documents, and fill out forms. I need all of this information accessible to my company somehow, preferably automatically forwarded/uploaded to our company azure account. This web app needs to be secure.

Why do you want to build this with Bubble ?
Isn’t there a better way to build it ? For example, a Typeform connected to a spreadsheet.
In nocode, is usually to start little and to iterate progressively. This way you’ll save time and money

Consider using the free Canvas template with a paid Bubble account.
Most of the functionality that an application requires is there already. Just add the few needed pages, UI components and logic to personalize it to your needs (can be done with free components but be mindful that there are paid components as well).
