New Bubble template: The Momentum Client/Customer Portal and CRM

We’ve created this Bubble template to help businesses that manage clients, projects, forms and file uploads to centralise this in their own, custom, white labeled portal.

We’ve build user roles for the admins and team members to manage the data, as well as a client/customer role that can view their own data and upload files.

The Momentum Client & Customer Portal + CRM template is built around the common patterns that most agencies, service providers, and SaaS teams eventually need: secure client logins, project dashboards, file uploads, and custom form workflows. It uses native Bubble features and privacy rules and is intended as a flexible starting point for building your own multi-client portal or internal app, without having to rebuild user roles, permissions, or data structure from scratch.

Everything is modular so you can rename or repurpose sections to fit your use case. For example, you can turn “Projects” into “Cases” or “Jobs”, or adapt the “Forms” section into onboarding questionnaires or service requests. The role-based permissions (Admin, Team, Client) make it simple to control what each user can see, and file uploads are stored securely with access rules already in place.

Typical use cases include client workspaces for agencies, internal CRMs, service request portals, and white-label hubs where customers can log in to view their data and submit information. Because it is built entirely in Bubble, you can extend it with features like task tracking, billing, e-signing, or notifications.
