For my platform I am looking for a freelancer who can help me replace the current internal inbox/e-mail system. I am looking for someone who can create both the workflows and the UI design. An example of the result I am aiming for is attached. Freelancers who have experience (and examples) with this kind of jobs are preferred.

One idea @hawkeye84, there’ve been quite a few people to request something like this. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone else has built it and wouldn’t mind sharing it.
Otherwise, you may want to consider building this as a template and then selling it to other people who want something similar. Would be a way to recoup some or all of your investment, while also giving other people a better option than starting from scratch themselves.
