[Need Help] adding the copyright symbol to text

Hi, I am trying to insert the copyright symbol next to certain phrases in my copy. As I understand it, the rtf code for the symbol is \u169, but adding that to my text in the rich text editor isn’t working.

How can I add the symbol?
