HIE…i iv figured out most parts of a notifications system
, my one question is when user clicks on the bell how do i reset the notifications count and hide it so that the next notification made is counted from 1 and it pops up again?
You can add a workflow - when the bell is clicked, make change to a thing and then change corresponding field by recording there nothing.
