I am looking for a beginner/intermediate developer, who can recreate a responsive mobile version of a almost complete Bubble.io app. Technically everything is there and just needs to be built out again.
Im looking to have this completed by end of year.

Can communicate primarily during Eastern Time Zone Business Hours 6 am - 12 am
Be able to identify inefficiency and fix in Desktop mode to compliment mobile mode.
I will be looking to pay lumpsum per project rather than by the hour.
The app is Finance Focus with multiple currencies.
