First of all, thanks for taking on mentions for native mobile, this is a needed feature. There are a couple of things that I noted when trying to use this plug in that make it unworkable for my case. Hopefully, this is something that can be corrected with an update.
The element is not respecting min height. No matter what I set it at is stays at the default minimum. I tried it in both sheet and view, it did not work as expected in either.
There is no max character limit on this element - this is a must have.
While there are nice options for controlling the border roundness and color (both focused and not focused) there is no option to control the width of the border. It is also a must have to make it consistent with the rest of the in-app design.
Please let us know if these can be corrected. Again, this is a much-needed feature that, unfortunately, Bubble does not feel we should have.

I am going to write a review for this plugin and would hate for it to be a 2-star over what may be a quick fix, especially given that this may be the first review and that the plugin seems to be well designed and working well in other areas. I will hold off on the review for a few days - hopping to hear back from your dev team. This way I can at least include a potential timeline for fixes in my narrative.
