No workflows showing in the bulk action/operation dropdown

Under the data tab, I’m trying to use the bulk action/operation functionality.

However, the workflow I have created is not showing in the bulk action/operation dropdown.

Any ideas please?

Bulk action workflow must accept a single parameter of the type of data you are going to use bulk action from. And you must be viewing data of that type in AppData before you hit bulk action.

If that isn’t it, can you include screenshots and/or provide a link

I have setup a ‘custom’ workflow.

Bulk Data Edits

I had around 4,700 existing rows of a data type that I wanted to add a new yes/no field to. @NigelG was kind enough to walk me through it. Might prove helpful to another Bubble user so @NigelG suggested I recap it here… I still wasn’t completely getting it at this point. @NigelG’s following reply cleared it up for me… And that did the trick. Thanks again @NigelG! Hope others find this as helpful as I did.
