I need help how do I make it where people get notified when their community expiration date is 1 week away, like they get an alernt and an email notifying them they have 7 days left

You schedule a backend workflow, you first have to enable backend workflows under Settings > API for them to be visible to you though.

The example is on a free plan so it won’t run, but it will work on a paid plan. Just set it up the same way.
