I currently have an application built with Bubble that allows me to manage my licenses online. On these license lines, there is an expiration date and a reminder date (expiration date - 1 month). I want a reminder email to be sent to me when the current day is equal to the reminder date. I’ll show you the workflow created for this occasion that is not working…
I’ve tried several methods without success.

No, not that, because there you have a workflow scheduling itself. The schedule action should be, like I said, when you set the reminder date on the license data type.
