% Of All Sales To App Developer &/or Website Builder

What I really need is a business investor lol. Start off with a sense of humor, I always say.
Anyways, what I need is people that will do the work & get an unlimited % of sales. I have two businesses. One is for services & an online store. I need an Assistant who can build websites, add products, link accounts, keep the website updated on sales, etc. The second is for Apps, game apps, & digital products. I need a Developer who will also build the website.

Work Qualifications:
I don’t care for degrees. I care about skill, creativity, passion, determination, ambition, communication, & does not procrastinate. A degree doesn’t determine or make those true. I went to school with tons of morons that received degrees.
Finding one person to work with me across all businesses would be nice, but it would be too much for them.

I got the LLC Business, DBA, EIN, business account, website (Well multiple websites actually), & such. I went to school for Business, Accounting, & Advertising. I am good at those but burnt out. My passion has always involved video games, writing stories, problem-solving, and character creation. Making money off that would be a dream come true.
I have tons of ideas & very creative ideas for games. Tired of sitting on my ideas and then years later, someone else comes out with it. However, I lack knowledge in Developing games, apps, building websites, technical problems & updates. Heck, I lack knowledge of AI lol.
Looking for someone to take my ideas, art, characters, storylines, etc. Develop the game app, continue with help on technical issues, add events & updates for a % of sales on the game.

Instead of paying upfront, I believe this will entice the Developer, Web Designer, & Assistant to do more work, collaborate better with me, & to do a better job. Game mechanics are important, but people spend more money on sales & how it’s advertised. Combining both of our skills will guarantee more revenue. Also, you would make more money with % of sales than a one-time payment.

Most of my ideas are complex but they have not been done yet. I do have simple apps that I want done. BTW, FYI, I do have 16 ideas drawn out, more in other notebooks. There’s a guarantee of tons of work with income. Example: Let’s say the 16 ideas were simple apps with the least amount of work & upkeep needed on it which would be 10%. On each app they made 1,000 sales of $9.99. That would be almost $16,000 ($15,840). So if you have the skill & are interested. Let me know so we can get started right away.

Receiving income means that you will be taxed. Income ranges from 10%-30% of each sale made on the app and/or website. The percentage is based on details, complexity, satisfaction, and efficiency. All work is Copyrighted & owned by the company. The company holds all rights to re-use any & all for a new app & developer. This is an unlimited commission pay. Sounds like you have a plan.

If I could, I’ll give you some unsolicited advice since you posted this on a forum.

After I graduated from college about 10 years ago I’ve worked with a ton of companies. Some start-ups and some established ones. We are booked up through next year and that’s after turning away over 90% of those who are seeking help.

There are many people with many ideas, but most of them (almost all of them) will never see the light of day.

If they are completed, it will be because someone came along other than the person with the good idea and followed the proper method of getting an idea off the ground.

Here are a couple of ways they do it…

  1. Don’t wait for everything to be built and established before starting. Put up a simple landing page and start building excitement.

  2. Immediately start raising funds for the idea. There are a ton of platforms you can use to raise funding.

You can easily test your ideas using the methods I provided above.

The biggest mistake I see is people thinking they need to get everything in place before they start. You don’t.

Also, offering someone a percentage of sales and no upfront money is rarely ever successful.

Yes, you may find someone with little experience who would do this.

The normal procedure would be to pay someone an upfront fee and then offer a residual…

this comes from raising capital early on.

I hope you are able to eventually achieve what you want by using the principles that actually work.

1,000 sales of $9.99 is $9,990, 10% of which is $999…I have a good idea for a game app. It will be a math game app.

Think she was referring to if someone built all 16 of her “simple apps” and each did 1000 sales which is even more wild considering she “has a background in business, accounting, and advertising”…

Let’s not get too deep into the fact she wants someone to build 16 apps but only wants to offer 10-30% while they assume most of the risk. Even if it’s a single app it’s a pretty insulting offer unless she’s got $50k+ marketing budget per app ready to go, an absolutely massive social following, or funding already for the apps but based on the fact she said it would be a dream come true to make money from her ideas I gotta assume not.
