Only when condition help

Hi there

I would need to have an only when condition like this: Current date/time > Current date/time:change to 01/01

But with these conditions (“only when”) it is not possible. And I cannot switch it.

Result:
What I would need is to show a Popup always when the current date is bigger than the 1st of January of the new year.

It is for the annual financial statements on the 31.12.2024 midnight. And after that I would like to show it afterward. But I do not want to do it manually every year.

Any idea how I need to do the only when condition?

There are a few ways to easily do this. Are you trying to use an “on page load” event to trigger showing the popup?

Can you send a screenshot of where you want to put the condition?

Also, based on your requirements “show X Popup when Today > 1/1/25” but there must be a second condition right? Or else it will show the popup continually.

use the change month and change date on the current date in the condition

Thanks guys for your support. How would be the explicit condition?

CurrentDateTime > currentDateTime:change day and change month does not work. The change need to be before the „bigger than“.

Could you send me a screenshot how you would solve it?

Many thanks

Just swap your expression order. This is a common issue with dates.

Current date time (change date via hour or min or date whatever) < current date time (no changes)

Can you provide a screenshot? I can send back an example once I can see what you have

I am not sure if I am right. So what I try to do it:

The popup should appear when the old year is over (in other words: when the new year began 2025/1/1 and after) AND when in the one database are still some records from the previous year and not approved (Abgeschlossen = no).

Does this make sense?
