Are there any plug-ins in the works for advanced functionality through PayPal, Braintree or any other well-known payment gateway other then Stripe? I can’t use Stripe, but I’m having one hell of a time finding an alternate solution…
You should be able to integrate PayPal with its REST APIs - https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/overview/

PayPal is actually the payment gateway I want to use, but I haven’t even been able to get past successfully setting up the API connector to connect to PayPal. I’ve even started a forum to receive help from the community, but no one seemed to have answers. I at the very least need a how-to video or something in regards to using the PayPal API. It’s Chinese to me.
Thats why I’m curious if anyone is making a more advanced PayPal plug-in to make integrating PayPal easier.
