Page height in responsive engine to fit any screen?

Hey, for the new responsive engine I have a page with a relatively small group in the middle that doesn’t touch any sides.

I am wondering if there is a pixel height for the page I should set that basically stretches the page to the height of the user’s browser? i.e. Can I set the height to 100% of the users browser so that they can’t scroll down and the page doesn’t look cut off (like if the page was 100px or 2000px tall).

Dumb question. It does it automatically. If you set page width/height to zero it fills automatically, my b!
