Page is frozen on several devices - no response from Bubble Support


We do go-live our app several days ago and it works fine. Suddenly it’s freezing on several devices, we cannot do anything, until we open directly on different page than index.

We submit it as bug to bubble support but we already waits 5 days for any update in that case! We cannot operate without it and we need to know on what stage this case is - is there any chance to resolve or there is any steps to do? We really need to have answer and some SLA on support in some paid options as there are sometimes business critical apps.

I’m not sure what the support hours are on the weekend, and today was a US holiday; so if you don’t hear from them tomorrow, you can email support, provide the bug number, and request a status update.
