I keep getting this popup non-stop, which prevents work. Does anyone have an idea what may be the issue and how to fix it?

Thank you. I see the same, but my issue is with just one app. My other app does not have this issue.

Checked further. Downloaded a few bubble templates. The refresh page message pops non stop on all of them. Seems like bubble is trouble
