My data is well going to the Events manager, but nothing is triggered in my Custom Conversions.

We’re setting up ad campaigns, and the goal is to have custom conversions.
We’re sending various events that are well collected by Facebook (StartFreeTrial, Purchase, Subscribe, InitiateCheckout, Lead), but when we’re setting up custom conversions, they absolutely get 0 conversions and we can’t see why.
For example:
Custom conversion “Subscription monthly plan – Success”, is based on a Subscribe event, to distinguish it from “Subscription yearly plan – Success”, where the only difference is the “product_id_catalog” value that we change, 1 being for monthly plan and 2 being for yearly.
Both for the pixel or CAPI.
So if you have extensive knowledge of the facebook ad manager platform and tracking issues, I insist on this (I don’t want someone that can “just” analyze fb documentation and see if we made a mistake), please contact me!

PS: the productID you see in the logs there is just an internal parameter for the API call. We’ve checked and we are passing this across as ‘product_catalog_id’ to Facebook. Anyway, if they had any issues with the format we would see an error.
