Paid mobile plugins still cant be bought

Hey bubble team,

I still can’t buy any paid plugins into my mobile app. It throws server error. Its been 2 weeks I have been trying with various cards. Same error every time.

I sent 2 report bugs but got no answer yet.

My mobile app is still on free tier. Is this the reason? I used to buy paid plugins in the past to my free web app.

Can bubble team confirm that there is an issue? Is this under investigation or any fixes soon?

Rechout to the plugin creator, they mostly respond within working days.

And yes, plugin subscriptions and purchases are mostly done on a paid app.

After upgrading to starter pack, pluging purchases work well
