Parent/Child option sets

Hi all,

I have an option set “Risk Categories”, and I’m trying to associate a series of “Risk Reasons” under each category. I have an input which uses these option sets as per the below. I’m trying to make sure that the “Risk Reasons” that are available to be selected are ONLY based on the Risk categories selected in the relevant input.

Here’s how the options are set up.

I think I’m missing something as at the moment, even if I tell the input to only look at reasons with the relevant parent category it doesn’t work (I have a
