Hello! On my app, the password request does not work. Every time someone inputs their E-mail into the field and then hits the “send password reset” it gives them an error of, “Sorry, we ran into a temporary bug and can’t complete your request. We’ll fix it as soon as we can; please try again in a bit!”
How can this be fixed?
From what you shared, the setup itself looks correct. But double check to make sure that the email input you’re referencing in the workflow is the one for the reset password popup, not the login.
It is the correct input field. That’s why I have it named ‘input email1’. ‘Input email’ is the login email input field. I’ve even tried redoing the whole password reset pop up and it still gives me the end result of the error.
