Did you receive any reply’s on this, it does not seem that stripe and brain tree will operate in S.A. I am trying to use a normal pay-pal merchant account. If you come across any other please let my know. jan815@hotmail.com

I have not. Did you come right with it? If so, how did you link it with your bubble App, since it’s not suported by bubble ?

I haven’t tried it, It was recommended to me when I was looking for a payment away, not sure if it’s compatible with Bubble

No luck on my side :frowning_face:. I’m planning on changing my app payment method. I’m thinking of having a subscription plan not built on bubble, I want to make this an external link; I am still researching on ways I can do this.

I’ve been struggling with this for some time now. but I’m still working on finding the solution around this limitation.

Hi!

I have seen a lot of concern around finding a payment gateway in South Africa. We will start working on a plugin to one of the service providers possibly PayFast soon.

Will post about progress soon.

You’re a life saver! Any idea of the turn around time? We’re looking at implementing one soon - only hiccup stoping us from going live.

Other providers you can look into include MyGate by Wirecard & PayGate.

That would be great Amos. I’ve already sent PayFast’s technical support team multiple links from the Bubble forums showing the demand. Their API documentation is extensive and is probably quite easy for someone who knows how to setup API’s. Unfortunately for a newbie, not as easy to get my head around.

Still awaiting verification though - 14 days is quite the wait.

Nevertheless, attempting to integrate myself while I wait. Did you managed to integrate the API (Rave Standard) or you using the Rave inline method? Non-tech founder here, standard is doing my head in.

I integrated most of the calls except for the Card Payments. Let me know if you’re interested in the Plugin.

I’m adding the Card Payment soon.

I am interested. Read through the documentation umpteenth times, I’ll admit API’s are my kryptonite. Would be very interested in the plugin. Your arsenal of plugins are the best.
