Pdf conjurer no longer works?

Hello everyone,
Pdf conjurer has stopped working on my end, am I the only one?
I should point out that I haven’t updated anything.
I then tried updating the plugin and I’m getting bugs starting with version 5.18, such as “missing elements” in all my workflows…

The Dev team has resolved the issue on the Heroku service side, and everything should be up and running now. Please check and let us know if the issue is resolved and if the plugins are functioning as expected. :folded_hands:

Regarding the latest version of the PDF Conjurer plugin, we’ve made updates to the free version to streamline the user experience by focusing on core features. More advanced actions are now available in the Pro version.
This update was announced on the Bubble forum here:

As a result of this update, certain actions that were removed may now appear as missing in your workflows after updating to the latest version.

If you require advanced features, we recommend trying the Pro version of the PDF Conjurer plugin. Alternatively, you can roll back to an earlier version of the free plugin, which should automatically restore your previous workflow steps. :raising_hands:

Thanks for this reply. I’ll test it tonight to see if everything works again.
However, I didn’t understand this “pro” version thing. I had already paid for the plugin. Do I have to pay again? What happens with the plugin? Do I have to reinstall everything and restart the workflows?

If you’re using both the PDF Conjurer Pro and the Free version, we recommend removing the Free version to prevent any potential conflicts or confusion. This will allow you to focus on setting up the Pro version in your Bubble app.

The issue with missing elements, as shown in the image you provided, typically happens when users update the Free version after version 5.18.0. You can find details about the changes made in the Free version of the plugin here: forum post.

As a result of these changes, certain actions that were previously available may now be missing from your workflows after updating to the latest version.

If you have the Pro version, be sure to use the Pro element and adjust your workflows accordingly.
