I wanted to find out from peoples experience, the performance difference between Personal and Production. In particular page load times and time taken to load a file (simple csv).
Appreciate peoples experience?

Too many variables affect how an app performs. If it is poorly built … not even faster server processing will make it perform adequately.
Yes … this is a long read (and paid) … but given that performance seems to be of paramount importance for your project … this may be worth your while to scan through … or better yet … read in detail.
