Picture Upload on Submit rather than select

Hi Everyone,

I’m using the built in Picture Uploader with Box and this is working fine. I have a basic form with some text boxes, picture uploader and submit button but I notice the picture is uploaded upon selecting it in the picture upload box, is there a way to make it upload the pictures when the submit button is pressed instead? Or would I need a 3rd party uploader for this?

It’s not s huge issue but I noticed if you select a picture to upload, it then starts uploading it but if you refresh the page for example before its finished the form obviously hasn’t been submitted but the photo will still finish uploading to box.com, so I have a photo on box but no reference/link to it in my bubble app if you know what I mean.

Hi, Thanks for these suggestions, I’ll go through each of them.

Regarding the Image Compressor plugin, do you happen to know if you can still upload to Box as an option? I had a look at teh demo editor but I couldn’t see anything obvious for this?

What is Box?

Box is a 3rd party service like Dropbox, Bubble have an official plugin to connect to this and is preferred as on my Box Business plan I get unlimited storage for photos etc. The built in Bubble PictureUploader has support for Box.
