Picture Uploader Less Reliable in a Popup?

I moved my picture uploader from a Group to a Popup. Occasionally I’ll click the Picture Uploader and options to add an image won’t appear (image below). When I click the Picture Uploader nothing happens.

Seems to only happen when my Picture Uploader is in a Popup.

Anyone else seen similar behavior?

Not sure if this is a bug or not. Thought I’d ask the community first. I’m using Safari on iOS.

I’m not sure if it’s related, but I’ve been struggling with the file uploader element today. It works on Brave and Safari. Not working in Chrome.
